He has strong experience in designing development program, Research Methodology, monitoring and evaluation systems; and have experiences in critical analysis in writing baseline, mid-phase evaluation and evaluation report. He has proven experience and skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods, survey design and implementation. He has proven ability to plan and schedule, lead in effective data collection, development of formats, coordination with implementing partners, execution of baseline, mid-term and final evaluation surveys from end-to-end work. He has demonstrated experience in development of data management systems, data collection, data tabulation, statistical analysis and reporting including experience with computer-based statistical packages and databases (iFormBuilder, KOBO toolbox, MS ACCESS, SPSS, Epi Info, and EVIEWS). He is experience in designing and implementing integrated development program including health, Nutrition, education, economic development, livelihood security, value chain, Disaster Management, CBO capacity building and sponsorship management. He has demonstrated experience to arrange formal training in program/project design and formulation, research, monitoring and evaluation, leadership & management, team building, strategic plan development, etc. He has excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written in English and have strong negotiation and team work skills.
